Play On The Golf Course — Not the Driving Range!
Tip! To improve golf driving distance you must take this attitude. If not, be ready to accept the same swing, game and results you’ve been getting for a long time.
Golf like many sports is a game of mental attitude. Unfortunately a great deal of golf players out there do not recognise their own mental attitude as a tool that they can train to improve their overall golf game. The adage of “practice makes perfect” is an very true adage, only if the practice is applied in the correct way. So in reality perfect practice makes perfect - not just any form of practice.
When golf players start to find their own game is starting to have problems, what do they do? A naturally reaction in their back on their own mind is that they have to practice more. And where does that lead to? Of course, the good old driving range!
Tip! A really valuable golf driving tip is to condition your muscles by getting involved in a golf conditioning program.
The driving range is perceived to be a place where players can have an opportunity to practice their back swings, their down swings, the chip shots and many other shots as well. But is it really? On the practice range you only get one type of surface, the straight lie of the artificial grass. One will not get to practice the down hill lie, the ball in the rough or in the trees, the uphill lie and so forth.
Another set back on the driving range, is the lack of guidance and visualisations available. One does not really get a feel for the distance that they are hitting. On the other hand on the golf course fairway, one has the trees and the markets to guide the player.
Tip! This article will deal with golf driving tips to help you correct this problem that is hampering many golfers and greatly hindering them from making any progress.
Many players automatically think that because their game has a few problems, that they should rush to the driving range. But think twice, because when one is on the course it is much easier to apply all of the necessary skills. Players have the opportunity to sharpen visualization skills and get to practice different lies and situations. Golf players are actually out there on the fairway hitting those balls. So remember if your golf game starts to have a few glitches, please do not necessarily rush to the driving range! Happy Golfing!
Tip! When you think of a golf driving tip I’ll bet you think of swing mechanics.
